- [Pegada](https://github.com/GSTJ/pegada): A dating app for dogs on iOS and Android. I built it with Expo and React Native, put it on the App Store in 2023 and open-sourced it in 2025.

- **Independent consulting** (Independent, 2025 → now): Mobile architecture, engineering leadership and team craft for product companies, plus RL training environments and evals for AI models. Client details under NDA.
- **Migrations on the Coinbase app** (Coinbase · G2i, 2024 → 2025): On Consumer App Infra. Helped with app releases, the design system migration, rolling out React Compiler and React Native's new architecture, and the move to Expo Prebuild. Test coverage on team-owned files: 25% → 45%.
- **Lead Engineer on D-ID's mobile flagship** (D-ID · A.Team, 2023 → 2025): Built the company's new core product, the mobile app, from zero. 1.5M registrants/week on the parent web app. Best UX 2023 on A.Team. Golden Kitty award on Product Hunt.
- **Open-source design system at Kustomer, then a Meta company** (Kustomer · Meta, 2022 → 2023): Standardized UI for external developers. Shipped SDKs that simplified Kustomer's API integrations. Authored docs that lifted the cross-functional DevX score.
- **Senior engineer at a fintech** (Groundswell · X-Team, 2022 → 2023): Founded the Mobile Engineering Biweekly forum. Lifted coverage 30% → 80%+. Killed 16k lines of brittle tests with MSW. Discover page 200% faster.
- **Refactored Brazil's biggest beer app** (Zé Delivery · AB InBev, 2020 → 2022): Rebuilt the Browse module. Shipped deep-link handling that lifted marketing-campaign conversion. Co-wrote the code for Mozeic, the in-house design system.
- **Led migration from Ionic to React Native** (Alfred Delivery, 2019 → 2020): Coordinated the rewrite of an app serving 90+ franchises across smaller Brazilian cities. ~6-month cutover with legacy Ionic 3 kept alive in parallel.
- **First job: systems for computer repairs** (Micro Import Group, 2017 → 2019): Real-time repair-status tracker for an Apple Service Provider. Internal dashboards for technicians and customer service. Headless-CMS sites for the holding's brands.
